“Didn't turn up until the next day unfortunately. It does state may be a day late but other flower sites I've used always turn up on the day. The flowers looked OK but certainly didn't have the wow factor.”

“I ordered the flowers for my Aunt three weeks ahead of her birthday but due to an error at Royal Mail they went to her via the Isle of Wight! This meant that they didn’t arrive in her birthday and she thought we’d forgotten her. No apology fir late delivery.”

“Flowers were for my Mother in Laws 94th Birthday in a home we were unable to visit. The bunch was made up of a lot of greenery and the flowers were jaded and did not last, maybe too long in the post. Very disappointed.”

“We ordered the Afternoon Tea Gift (£23.95+P&P). It was described as coming in a pink gift box with magnetic closure for reuse. However, it actually came in a shoe box style cardboard box. So now we have to spend more money for a pretty presentation box. Very disappointed!”

“I sent an email last Monday complaining as my sisters hamper was delivered to the wrong address so therefore she didn't get it on her Birthday,the carrier DPD I think was at fault but it has put me off ordering again and I never even hot an apology!!!! “Previous Bunches deliveries have been good, however, this is the first time I've used letterbox flowers and I won't order them again. When my daughter opened the box and lifted out the flowers, she said half the buds fell off the stems.”

“I was disappointed in the quantity of the flowers to be honest. There wasn't as many flowers as that that was shown on the image. They were for a gift so haven't seen them in person but the photo I was sent, wasn't as thick or as full as I expected.”
