“I was disappointed with my bunch of flowers they looked huge online and when they came they was tiny and I could have got a better bunch from a supermarket These were my mothers Mother’s Day flowers and I’m very disappointed I won’t be ordering from here again”

“6 days in and flowers are dying. A previous online florist used and the flowers lasted nearly two weeks. Won’t use Bunches again. Disappointed”

“The quality of the flowers have declined. They used to last at least a week and buds longer. The quantity of flowers are also less and not value for money. Disappointed.”

“Flowers were healthy and colours were vibrant. However the bouquet received was very small. I paid £5 extra for the medium bunch and it was like a small bunch from the super market.”

“The flowers were nice but not worth the money. The bunch was supposed to be medium and I bought extra Gyps which was a good job. Mum was happy but they had bigger bunches in the supermarket for half the price.”

“Good service and the flowers arrived on time for Mother's Day. Disappointed with the size of the bouquet though as what we received was far smaller than the website photo indicated. For this reason I probably won't use Bunches again.”

“The flowers didn't look as good as the picture online. Obviously on the web site they are professionally arranged and photographed but I don't think that fully accounts for the difference. There were about the same number of tulips but far fewer of the other flowers. I would have been disappointed if I'd paid full price but for the amount paid they were decent value. Delivery was fast and the quality of the flowers themselves was good so no complaints on that front. I suspect I will go elsewhere next time.”
