Was disappointed as this was to be delivered on the 20th December did not arrive until 22nd were squashed but luckily when put in water did look better. Not sure if I will use this company again.

Ordered the item in good faith but unfortunately same sized plant in very similar packing was found in a local supermarket for a quarter of the price! Emailed customer services to point this out and suggested making them “different” to supermarkets when bulk buying to avoid this and got a very curt response. Will not be using this company again!

Unfortunately I have been using Bunches for a number of years but won’t be using them any more as the quality of the 2 orders of flowers were nothing like the pictures they were limp and lacked any kind of volume even after being put in water.

Very disappointed. Such a small amount of flowers. Wouldn’t use again, wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I ordered over a week in advance to have my flowers delivered especially on 18th December, then informed they were to be delivered the following day, not good

Thought I would spend a little more for a nice bunch of Christmas flowers for a gift. For the price I paid, I was so disappointed with what I received! Looked like a fivers worth of flowers, that were different stem lengths with some heads snapped. Wished I had gone to the local garage as would of got much more for my money.

Late delivery of birthday flowers. Left on door step the evening after delivery day not found until following morning (2 days late) Very unhelpful customer service, would not arrange for collection leaving me to pay for return . Now £3.99 out of pocket. NEVER AGAIN

The delivery was supposed to be delivered on my sisters birthday but was not delivered until the next day after 5pm. I am very disappointed and I won’t be using your services again.

The flowers my friend received were different from what I ordered. They looked so bad. I was very, very disappointed. I will never order from here again.

Little disappointed with the lack of flowers to be honest, didn’t feel like I got very much for what I paid. I think I could have a got a nicer/bigger bunch of flowers from Tesco for same amount of money. Couple of the flowers were snapped in half also. Went to my local flower shop a couple days later for my mother's birthday and revived more what I expected for the money I paid.. delivery was good and on time however. But I won’t be back. Apologies.

When I made the order (No WA12722561) on 21st November it stated 'next day delivery. Valerie Slack was transferred from Chesterfield Hospital to Ripley hospital on 23rd November. She should have had the flowers and chocolates on 22nd November. She never received them. I should have a full refund or a free new order. If you provide this I will give you a better review. I'm not on Instagram so cannot verify

Not happy, used this company for years but prices increased, now charging delivery and I ordered flowers for a specific date and they were sent out 3 weeks early for someones birthday, completely pointless

The flowers were a gift and meant to arrive on Friday 17th November 2023 - they arrived late on Saturday 18th. My friend sent me a 'photo. The flowers didn't look very good - a sad representation of what was shown on your web-site.

Flowers where very dried up on arrival, ordered these for my mums birthday 10th Nov she got them 11th . Visited her on 14th and most of them where dying , some already in bin . Not impressed
