“The site is easy to use and the floral displays of the flowers and plants on the site look lovely. Sadly I rarely get any feedback from Bunches recepients. This won't discourage me tho because Bunches costs are very reasonable and it's an easy way to send floral presents to friends and loved ones. . It's great too to earn Posy Points towards further floral purchases.”

“Not ordered from you for a while, but will do so again very soon! The flowers for my friend were just stunning - I'd forgotten how good your flowers are - they all were very fresh and are still going strong almote 2 weeks on. Also a fabulous choice of flowers and colours in the ones i chose.”

“I ordered a letterbox bouquet to be delivered to my sister in Coventry on 5 April, her 80th birthday. I chose the letterbox as I knew she wouldn't have been at home that day. However, it wasn't delivered on that day. The next day the postman rang the bell and fortunately she was at home. He had tried to deliver it on the previous day but couldn't get it through the letterbox and he demonstrated it to her. She has a normal letterbox she assures me so I wondered if this is a frequent problem. However, the bouquet was fine and she was so delighted with it. I just thought that you might like to know this.”
