Very disappointed ! Having spent £66 on sending a bouquet of orchids to each of my two daughters as a thank you. I have sent and received singapore orchids in the past and they have been lovely and lasted at least 6 weeks which is so wonderful about these flowers that they last such a long time. However when I visited her on Saturday just one week after receipt they have dropped right over and partly dead- before she threw them away i took a photo if you wish to see it i can send by e mail. Very upset.

Delivery arrived a day late, not on time for my mother's birthday. I was not told Royal Mail would take 2 days. There was no option for courier delivery. Packaging and flowers were damaged on arrival. Flowers were dying. Not happy, will not be placing an order again.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers to be delivered to two locations on 3rd October 2023, one arrived on 4th October and the second arrived on 5th October. When I called to complain the Customer Services stated that only 95% of bouquets are delivered on the specified date. Thinking before you order.

Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. not impressed, the potted rose I bought for my partner's birthday dropped virtually all of its leaves within a few days of arriving.

Bought an autumn bouquet as a simple surprise for my mother, just to let her know I was thinking of her. The delivery stated it would happen between 5 & 6pm, which was a shame but worked, unfortunately the delivery person didn't knock or leave anything to say that they had been and simply left the battered parcel outside the porch in the rain. Consequently, my mother did not find the parcel until the following morning. Mum said the flowers were ok, although doing much better after a few days of care, not exactly music to my ears. Obviously the end of the shift time hindered a bit, probably didn't help the state of the box either being shoved around in the van all day. Would just be nice for someone to actually think, these have probably been bought to brighten someone's day so I could help that...... Like most delivery firms probably far too many to do in far too short a time, but isn't the point the experience that they provide and the message they give of Bunches as a brand? Hopefully it's clear the message I got. Won't be using again I'm afraid.

VERY disappointed with the bouquet. Was sent pictures by my Mum of her birthday flowers and even after a 'good drink' the bouquet paled in comparison to the advertised flowers.

I have already reviewed on Trust Pilot. You replied that it was best to book courier service to get delivery on correct date. However, I booked a week before so I don't think you should have posted flowers at 1740 the night before due date to Royal Mail. There was no way they could deliver the following day.

Delivery on time. Bunch of flowers nothing like the picture. Very disappointed as it was sent for a special birthday. I got told to wait and see when the flowers bloom before contacting the company again. The flowers have bloomed and hardly look like the advertising picture. I understand this may be to give the customer a longer lasting bunch of flowers, however they did not give the impact on delivery I hoped for. Quite embarrassing.

I was extremely disappointed. The flowers did not arrive looking like the photo, even after a few days they still were not looking full. Definitely not great quality and you are better off visiting a florist to get them.

Unfortunately the boquet wasnt quite as expected, it was very small and didnt contain lillies as pictured on the website. Shame really as i havent had a problem previously.

Always used Bunches & most of the time flowers and plants have arrived in great condition…However I ordered a bunch of Bunches own choice & they arrived late & because of the hot weather most had wilted…

Despite complaining about the quality of my order a reply was sent which was stating the obvious and not addressing my complaint. I will not be ordering from Bunches again.

I wrote a card with flowers I ordered Thinking about you From Evelyn & Shireen. 4 Days later I went to visit & asked if they got flowers, They had no idea who they were from as they showed me the card it only said thinking about you with no names, My Sister is 90 & her very ill Husband is 95. Disgusting!!!
