Most disappointed that having paid extra for delivery to be guaranteed on a specific day, the flowers were delivered on the wrong day and didn't look great for the £28 I paid for them!
Also, the greeting card was hidden away underneath all the packaging so our elderly relative didn't know who had sent them!
