The flowers that we ordered for my mums birthday came nothing at all like the photo on the website I phoned up right away but got told to wait 48 to 72 hours to give them time to bloom and I got told that I hadn’t arranged them properly well I’m not a florist! I arranged them as I thought and They haven’t lasted they’ve died which I’ve sent pictures in an email and now I’ve got told I’ve got a wait for a reply to see what will happen I will not be ordering again I think the service and the way you get spoken to it’s just not great customer service
