I have been using Bunches for many years, as I live in Australia I send flowers to my mum and friends and have been doing so for a long time. However on this Mothers Day the flowers that arrived were broken. My dad counted 9 broken stems, my mum didn't want to tell me as she thought it would upset.
So, I'm not sure what I will do the next time I need to order flowers.
