Used Bunches for a number of years with no issues. I ordered two flower deliveries for mothers day and both were disappointing. My mother in law told us that a lot of the flowers were dead and my mother told me that they were no where near the standard that I usually send her. She actually thought I had changed company. This is very disappointing and unsure if I will order from this company again. Appreciate there may be issue on supply chain due to CV19, Brexit etc, however as a customers I expect the same level of product and service at the same price I paid.
