I live in France and have used Bunches for many years to deliver Flowers and little extras to family and friends. They have never let me down and their flowers and gifts have always been very much appreciated. I do all my ordering online now but on the odd occasion when I have contacted them have always received a friendly and helpful service. Always useful to know that your flowers and/or gift has been delivered. Mum doesn't always hear the door so I can ring and say they have been delivered they are in by the side door or whatever.
