I was very disappointed the flowers did not arrive on the day I requested as it was a special birthday of an elderly friend. By using the tracker I saw the flowers were sitting in the local post office sorting office early in the morning and yet they were not delivered for over 24 hours. I will not use bunches again as this is the second time it has happened.
