DO NOT TRUST THE DELIVERY DATE. I think its very unprofessional to provide a delivery service where you can select the date you would like the order to be delivered, and they don't turn up until the following day. I appreciate that this might be a royal mail issue although if it is a recurring issue which I’ve been told is the case by the Bunches team, then it should not be an option on your website. Frustratingly the flowers i ordered for my girlfriend were late and therefore she missed them before going away. I complained and Bunches took 0 responsibility which meant I have wasted the money I spent. Would not recommend if you are shopping for a timely gift.
