Really disappointed the flowers I ordered for my mums 65th birthday didn’t arrive on the day I requested
I appreciate every delivery can’t be guaranteed but there was no reason given as to why they were delayed and I had ordered them days in advance
Probably won’t be using them again, which is a shame as the flowers are lovely but if they can’t get them delivered on the day I need them there I’ll try someone else who maybe doesn’t use Royal Mail
