Delivery on time.
Bunch of flowers nothing like the picture. Very disappointed as it was sent for a special birthday. I got told to wait and see when the flowers bloom before contacting the company again. The flowers have bloomed and hardly look like the advertising picture.
I understand this may be to give the customer a longer lasting bunch of flowers, however they did not give the impact on delivery I hoped for.
Quite embarrassing.
