I sent an email last Monday complaining as my sisters hamper was delivered to the wrong address so therefore she didn't get it on her Birthday,the carrier DPD I think was at fault but it has put me off ordering again and I never even hot an apology!!!!
I have always been wee satisfied but this was diabolical I wondered if tge carrier could read!
