Recently ordered Fondant Fancy for my elderly mum's birthday.
Eventually arrived after first failing delivery, (mum was at home) .
Two/three days after delivery, photo sent to me of flowers. Comparing to photo, I felt it wasn't a true representation. Spoken to customer services, who reassured me all was correct. When ordering from Spain, I would not see what is received. Just felt disappointed that the flowers did not deliver the 'WOW' impact that I would have expected.
Customer services replied correct to standard, confirming that all was as it should be. I was just disappointed with the end result.
