2nd time I’ve ordered and 2nd time the flowers aren’t delivered on time. There won’t be a 3rd. After ordering I found they use Royal Mail who they admit are late 5% of the time
And to guarantee on the day delivery you can pay even more delivery charge to use someone else. Not good enough.
