When I made the order (No WA12722561) on 21st November it stated 'next day delivery. Valerie Slack was transferred from Chesterfield Hospital to Ripley hospital on 23rd November. She should have had the flowers and chocolates on 22nd November. She never received them. I should have a full refund or a free new order. If you provide this I will give you a better review.
