Ordered the Christmas bouquet for my Mum. She sent me a photo to say thanks and it looked like half of it was missing. Emailed to complain and just got a generic reply.
I have previously ordered and had lovely flowers but maybe Christmas just isn’t the right time to buy. Certainly wouldn’t bother again
