Bunches are usually great, but they must have changed delivery company. Flowers from my daughter to me were left upside down on the doorstep, despite this wording on the box saying which way up to keep it. The flowers were a bit broken due to the being on their heads, but the ones that were ok did perk up after about 12 hours. Sorry Bunches not quite so good this time as you usually are so good, suggest you speak to the delivery people about their less than perfect service.
