Not the best experience, I have used bunches before and found them to be good. But over Christmas ordered some flowers for my mum. Never arrived until after Christmas, ok I did the letterbox flowers, but when they arrived at 8pm a day late box bent up and chucked on the doorstep. Not great customer service team not that interested and when I showed them that some buds had fallen off, I was almost called a liar and said they looked ok. What was left were put in a vase but didn’t last long. I told bunches to close my account was not impressed
