The flowers themselves were lovely and appreciated by my girlfriend. They were ordered for our anniversary however they did not arrive on that date. I was given an hour slot, then told it would be late which i don't have an issue with. Then roughly at 10pm i recieve an e-mail saying that my delivery driver arrived but no one was in. This was accompanied with a blank photo. This along with the tracker app showing that the flowers had not left the depot leads me to believe no effort was made to deliver the flowers on that day. They arrived 1 day later this time with a photo of my door as proof they arrived. If you were unable to deliver the parcel on the day i asked that is ok but clearly lying about attempting to deliver it is not.
