I ordered flowers on a Thursday, for delivery on the following Monday, yet they didn't deliver until the Tuesday. As this was for a birthday gift it's simply unacceptable. The only way to (supposedly) guarantee delivery is by paying another £5.99 for this service, when they should just be delivering on time, as other companies do. Bunches have definitely been struck off my list for buying flowers in the future, there's far too many other companies that actually deliver on time for no additional cost. Shame I decided to give Bunches a go this time, but I won't be making the same mistake twice!
