I’ve ordered from you before and expected great things based on prior experience. My expectation was a full bunch of flowers presented professionally in a water box, as it is on your website, but I received the flowers in a flimsy rain-soaked cardboard box. In addition, the flowers didn’t even last a week as advertised on your website. The petals were brown and most had to be removed due to this.
I paid over £35 for this and am really disappointed. I am expecting a refund of the cost of my order. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange this.
