Box came ripped and squashed, flowers has been squashed flat and didn’t have any shape to them. I ordered a large bouquet but came looking like half the size of a small bouquet, I was quite upset as my mum wanted these for Mother’s Day but when I gave them to her Mother’s Day morning I felt bad because it’s nothing like what she was expecting.
