It's a shame that the recipient had to travel to the PO to pick up, and then it wasn't there - perhaps she didn't read the instructions properly. Then she waited in all morning and then saw the deliverer getting into his van and had to shout out to him from her balcony. There was no facility for me to leave instructions like - please leave in foyer, recipient is quite deaf and so on. So quite a trouble for recipient. Other Delivery companies will leave in the foyer well labelled.
