The flowers were not delivered qt the 1st time of asking, even though people were around at that time (my Mother lives in an assisted living type of accommodation). The same flowers were delivered at the 2nd time of asking several days after Christmas and not in good condition- several broken heads and stems and well as wilting. Disapointed does not cover our fellings.
To redeem your good name, we would like to order some flowers for my mum's birthday...depending on your reply to this complaint.
