I’m sorry to say this but it frustrates me to learn once again that my mom did not received her stuffed bear that should have cane with the order I made for her for Mother’s Day. And mind you, my mom never recovered the item that was also missed the first time even after they said that they will send it over. So I’m not hopeful about a resolution this time either.
