Delivery failed to arrive on the day chosen. On the day the tracking said ‘out for delivery today’ however it did not come until the following day. Customer services kept saying we can’t gurantee delivery which is fine with me however the fact it said it was coming meant I told that person to wait in. Customer services couldn’t seem to understand that issue and still kept saying we don’t guarantee etc and not considering the issue of being told it was coming that day! Not attempt to apologies for that or accept it was misleading to have tracking and an email saying ‘out for delivery today’
