I have sent gifts on numerous occasions and usually have no problems with Bunches. But in this case I had ordered a basket with bulbs in for my Mum on Mother's Day, but when she recieved the parcel and opened the box, she found the basket had been tipped over and some of the soil and some bulbs had fallen inside of the box. Also she said the band to hold the basket together had broken. So I'm sorry to give Bunches a 2 star rating on this occasion.
