I ordered a letterbox bouquet to be delivered to my sister in Coventry on 5 April, her 80th birthday. I chose the letterbox as I knew she wouldn't have been at home that day. However, it wasn't delivered on that day. The next day the postman rang the bell and fortunately she was at home. He had tried to deliver it on the previous day but couldn't get it through the letterbox and he demonstrated it to her. She has a normal letterbox she assures me so I wondered if this is a frequent problem. However, the bouquet was fine and she was so delighted with it. I just thought that you might like to know this.
