I was very disappointed that my gift did not arrive until the day after my friends birthday. This was despite the fact they had been at Leeds delivery dept at 6.29pm on 12th April (approx 10 miles from her home), but not delivered until 9.37 on 15th. To call them your "trusted dispatchers" is questionable. It appears they were misdirected at some point along the way!
The only consolation is that my friend was pleased with them.
