I am disappointed that I emailed you with a complaint which you did not respond to.
The flowers were beautiful but my friend had to pay extra postage on them as you did not put enough on the parcel. She was also told that by the Carrier that she would have to wait three days before she could collect them by which time they would not have been at their best.
Luckily she managed to collect them the next day but still not on her birthday as I wanted.
Very disappointed that you did not respond to my complaint
