I have bought flowers and plants from you several times, I have always found them very satisfactory. This time I ordered another bunch Summer Roses and Freesias, they were delivered last Saturday, I am disappointed as by Thursday, I had to throw the roses away as they were a sorry sight. the rest of the flowers followed on Friday!
Maybe my complaint regarding this is not justified but I am thankful it was a present to me!
