Ordering was easy however the delivery was appalling . The flowers were for a 90 year old and whoever delivered didn’t hang around . She never heard the doorbell and never found the delivery card that was allegedly put through her door. Consequently she got the flowers 2 days later when I rang to see if she had them. I had to tell her where they were left and they were looking sorry for themselves . I think the delivery agent was in too much of a hurry to provide a personal service . Won’t be using Bunches again
