One time she had company who happened to look out the window and said "someones just left a parcel and walked off without knocking" The last time I tracked the delivery- the e-mail said unable to deliver today, will try tomorrow. 5 minuits later sent another e-mail saying flowers delivered showing the flowers outside left against the door. I immediately rang the recipient who informed me no one had knocked. She brought them in. Another time I did not track, assuming they were just late, I said nothing to the recipient.
