I ordered a Valentines bouquet for my beloved.
It arrived on time & was well packaged. One star for this.
The description & quantity of flowers was exactly as advertised, so I cannot complain.
However, I found that the flowers needed very careful arrangement to look anything like the picture shown, & this little bunch cost £25 !!
Appalling value for money, I could have bought a bunch twice the size for £7 from the local co-op.
I was fooled once, but never again.
