I usually spend about £40 at Serenata , decided to hav a change after wrong day delivery dropped over gate.I expected a large well presented bouquet....I received 2 "bunches "of flowers tied together.Not a good display ready for vase...recipient has severe arthritis so hard to sort.Also water had seeped onto base of box , so giving way...postman noticed and was careful .Very disapointed.J
