Pre-book a week in advance flowers for my mother in laws birthday and they were late.
The tracking showed them being sent to the wrong delivery office on the day i selected delivery, when i spoke to bunches online they said they had until 7pm that evening to deliver them. They did not get to her until the next afternoon.
