I ordered two lots of flowers for my two daughters one bunch was lovely.the other was very upsetting I ordered the larger bunch but was sent a smaller one.i wouldn't have known but my daughter shown me a photo of them and she knew I had paid a lot of money.i complained to bunches and they agreed it was not right.they sent her some more the following day and they were beautifull and the lady on the phone was very helpful and apologised.
