I ordered some flowers to be sent to my son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary on 11th August, but sadly they were not in a very good condition on arrival. My son was a bit embarrassed to tell me as they thought it was a lovely gift and did not want to complain, but he said they were very dry when they arrived and there was no water or moist packing around the stems. The day after receipt all the little blue flowers had died and even after 3 days the lillies are struggling to open. This was a new product, very unusual and very striking with the zinc vase but sadly the contents were very disappointing. I have been ordering flowers from Bunches for many years as we live in France and it it a nice way to keep in touch with family and friends when we don't see them so often. Only on one or two occasions have I mentioned to Bunches that the quality, on arrival, was disappointing, and they have been very gracious in dealing with my comments.
