I had received a bouquet and some of the lilies were damaged. I contacted Bunches and their customer service were very nice and said they would send a rose bouquet. When it arrived it was absolutely stunning. Beautiful pink roses and the most out of this world Lilies. I still have most of the flowers over a week later. A delighted customer!
