I was very disappointed with the service, the flowers were for a birthday surprise which should have been delivered by the 20th June but didn't arrive until the 25th. I had a message to say I should have sent them by courier, then why do you use Royal Mail and let you pick a date? You should only tell people to pay extra for a guaranteed delivery and not to use Royal Mail. when the flowers did finally arrive they were wilted which I am not happy about, and the online chat was very poor.
