Packaging always first class, so flowers arrive in excellent condition. Advice on how to keep them fresh is good, and they last an acceptable time. Extras are good quality too. And for good measure, the delivery is very fast and DPD give a very good tracking service
The only negative comment is that it is still not clear to me how to redeem Posy points. I always seem to miss the point at which I should click something somewhere to claim this discount.
