We were delighted with the flowers and the service. One quibble; the figure at the bottom of the quotation did not include VAT: it was possible therefore to read the bottom line only, in a hurry, and forget about VAT. Careless, I know - but it would have been helpful if the BOTTOM line had included the total to be paid!
