“It was a lovely quality product and I was more than happy with what I received. However, the box was received as a box with no outer packaging to protect it. The shipping label was attached to the box (not a peelable label) which rendered the box unsuitable to give as a gift. I needed to but a new box to house this product. Why not ship in outer packaging and apply the shipping label to that. Excellent product and fast delivery, please take note xx”

“Fantastic. Delivered very quickly and lasted for 10 days. Absolutely beautiful. Look like nothing when arrive but open out lovely. Recipients delighted and treated myself too. Gorgeous. All delighted. I also received a birthday gift of an afternoon tea hamper from Bunches. It was absolutely lovely and good value. Have tried others for flowers and hampers but Bunches are the best. Thanks a bunch everyone!”

“For the first time I was underwhelmed with the flowers I ordered from Bunches, I gave sent countless flowers to my Mum, and other recipients over the years and this is the first time I have not been really pleased with them - small, uninspiring kix - only good thing was the gypsophelia I ordered. It was also unfortunate that it was for Mum's 90th birthday. I knew she'd be receiving lots of flowers on the day and have to say, these were just about the worst. I will order from Bunches again, as everyone can have a bad day, but just wanted to say, unfortunately, this was one of them.”
