“GeneralIy, Bunches offers a very good service. For Christmas as a surprise I ordered 3 flower deliveries in the U.K with a delivery request for the 24th December. All the deliveries were made on that day, but for 1 order( ref no 13433693) the delivery was placed in the garage, with no note or communication left for the recipients who weren’t there at the time. It was only on the 2nd January that the flowers were found!”

“I was really pleased as the plant arrived on the day specified , I was kept informed . The lady in question ( my daughter in laws mum ) was over the moon with it . She said it was beautiful and she can continue to keep it either indoors or in the Spring outdoors in a pot. Sue.”

“Even though I ordered the flowers only a short time before Christmas, they arrived on the day specified and I received notification of their delivery. The recipients were very pleased with their flowers and said that the majority of the blooms still looked fresh even after 14 days. I would definitely use Bunches again. It was an easy ordering system with lots of choice.”

“Purchased the Festive Christmas display of flowers that were delivered on the 19th December 2025 which were absolutely beautiful. Today is the 3rd January 2026 and the flowers still look amazing , OK a few have gone but the display still looks beautiful. Highly reccomend this company 💯”

“I have used Bunches for a great many years and have always been very happy with their service and quality of flowers , however this time I didnot order flowers , but a gift . Unfortunately I was not informed that they were delivered, and have not heard from the receipient , which makes me assume they have never been received . This is the first time Bunches did not let me know a product had not been delivered.I will continue to use them for flower deliveries but not for anything else”

“A lovely selection of gift boxes/hampers taylored for every taste and occasion. I love the boutique choice of biscuits, chutneys, cheeses etc from around the UK. Website easy to use and delivery as promised (even at Xmas). Really impressed and will use again.”

“Somewhat disappointed concernig the delivery of flowers to Janey Minay, Locncarron. I oredered three lots of flowers on Monday 21 December for delivery "next day" to the following: Margaret Douglas (Hawick), Ruth Nairn (Aboyne) and Janey Minay 9 (Lochcarron). Both Lots of flowers were delivered on time to Hawik & Aboyne, unfortunately the flowers for Lochcarron were not delivered until Saturday 27 December??? No explanation as to why the delay iin delivery. In the circumstances a full refund will be appropriate!!”

“Flowers ordered earlier in December for delivery on 24/12. Still going strong now on 2/1 despite heating being on..! Excellent quality.. only slight criticism is of the post office who deliver the flowers with likely agency staff who cannot read and follow simple instructions on where to leave if no one is in and then have the gaul to say left “in safe place”..actually dumped, fallen over on the doorstep.. all recorded on the doorbell camera.. oops.. flowers excellent tho..!!”
