“Ordering was straightforward, and delivery was on time. However, although my friend was pleased with the flowers, the picture of them she sent me didn't look like the ones I had selected - a standard Mauve Magic. I was disappointed with how they looked. Maybe it was because they hadn't yet opened up fully. Hopefully this was the case.”

“Excellent Customer Service and beautiful flowers, securely packed. Highly recommend Bunches. A good idea might be for the delivery driver to pop a note through the door so that the recipient knows they have been delivered. The friend I sent the flowers to is unable to get to the door and therefore had no idea they were there. I telephoned the following day and the package was found by her carer. Just a small thing but it would have saved them being left outside until the next day. Hope this idea helps.”
