“Ordered Blushing Meadow - sister sent me a photo of what she received. She was grateful and happy. However, comparing the two photos side-by-side there was a real difference. Lack of lisianthus and greenery. Ive saved the two photo. My sister’s arrangement was smaller.”

“I have used Bunches many times to send special flowers to people. They have always arrived on time and always look amazing. So impressed this time though - I sent some flowers to my mum on 14th March for mother's day and they are still going strong and look absolutely beautiful today (31st March).”

“Selected delivery date of 23rd March and delivered on 24th March the day after my friends birthday. Customer service line supposed to close at 5pm, it closed earlier on 23rd March went straight to answer machine at 4.45pm stating opening next day. Expected flowers to be delivered in bouquet they arrived with recipient in a box so why have option of standard or letterbox they are both the same! Wrote review on Trustpilot and response was lacking, just standard wording. Bunches absolutely spoilt the birthday surprise for a 91 year old birthday. Bunches state 'trusted courier' used when fact is its Royal Mail !! All in all”
