“The flowers were very fresh and good quality. My problem was with the courier. Instead of coming through the gates, he threw the parcel over the gates which meant that the cardboard box was wet and dented, quite badly broken. Also, as the flowers were to be a gift presented at a meeting, I would’ve liked them to be in cellophane with a bow rather than the brown paper which, in my case, was all creased.”

“I found Bunches online and the bouquets looked very attractive and good value. I like the letterbox packaging, as I don't have to worry about a package going astray. I have not seen the flowers in person but the recipient is very pleased with them. I like the fact that the company is family owned. I also like that the flowers were being sent by Royal Mail as I find them more reliable than a courier.”
