“I've used Bunches for a few years now, as a sender and receiver I've never been disappointed, delivered on time, in great condition and the flowers last for over two weeks, what more is there to say.”

“Unfortunately the flowers that were delivered did not do the photo justice. There were not enough stems and some of the buds had snapped off in the package. Those that were left were presented as though I'd just hacked some from the garden! I expected a partial refund, however was offered a generic response and the offer of more flower stems, and had to count them, having sent pictures of the flowers, or lack of them?! Customer trust broken. I shall not be using this service again.”

“Quick, tracked delivery and the Valentines flowers arrived in perfect condition. Really well packed and long lasting. Recipient was extremely happy, as was I with the service and flowers. Will definitely be a return customer in the future!”

“I'm bitterly disappointed. I'm an OAP, and paid £35 I couldn't really afford for flowers for my sister's 70th Birthday. I ordered well in advance. The flowers should have arrived on 5th Feb. They didn't arrive till 10th - 5 days late and well past their best. The special birthday was spoiled. Really upset.”

“I ordered 'letter box flowers' as i was concerned my friend may not be able to get to the door when delivered. Unfortunately, the box was not pushed through the letterbox on Saturday 14 Feb and a card was left. I had a message from my friend on Tuesday saying she had to collect them from the post office, Thursday was the earlist they said she could go?? Unfortunately, as you can imagine, not much life left in them. Won't be doing that again. :(”

“Great service. Flowers were delivered on Valentine's Day and came in good time. They were delivered at early stage budding which was expected and 7 days on, they are looking absolutely wonderful and more importantly, my wife loves them. Thank you.”
