“The flowers were ordered for my 95 year old mother who lives in a care home. I was away and couldn't visit her on this day. The flowers were not delivered until the day after They'd already spent 2 days travelling in DPD van and consequently didn't look too fresh anymore. They just said no one was available to receive the delivery which is ludicrous! Its a dementia care home operating 24/7.”

“Based on one order I can thoroughly recommend this company. Having been previously disappointed by companies not delivering on the day, or a driver helping themselves to chocolates. I can confidently say this will not happen with Bunches. By paying a little more for delivery (DPD) you can guarantee that not only will it arrive on time, but you will be able to track the delivery. Their drivers will not snaffle up any extras because they are held liable for missing items. My Dad's wife (my much loved friend) was delighted with her birthday flowers, she said they were beautiful and came well packaged, she also informed me that the chocolates were delicious. When I visited just over two weeks later, the lilies were still going strong. I was so pleased.”

“Very disappointed as the flowers did not arrive on the day i chose, which was the lasr day in work for the vet i was sending them too as a thank you for looking after my dog so well before he sadly passed. I am really not happy and will never use Bunches again as they do not deliver on the requested day. Very upset and unhappy”
