“Almost perfect😍. The only one thing that I would change is how to put in the addresses. I sent flowers recently to an address in Ashford Hill. I put in the postcode but the correct address did not come up. I wanted to type it in manually but coyld not. So we picked the nearest address knowing it would be delivered by neighbours. But I would like to have been able to put in the correct address for it to be delivered to. Apart from that, flowers are always wonderful, delivery tracked and perfectly on time. Prices with delivery are acceptable. So ALMOST perfect😁👍”

“Ordered for friends birthday, flowers did not arrive until 7.45pm, not good especially when paid for Royal Mail delivery. Didn't know Royal Mail delivered that late. Friend said flowers were good”

“Like this yellow & white arrangement very much. Wish the white iris were more in bud so they would last longer and the gypsophyla were not fully blown. The yellow crysanthamum is beautiful.”

“The flowers were lovely, as described and delivered on time. Would have been 5 stars but the photo at delivery from the courier showed a very dented box, and the top of the box was open, so obviously not much care taken and the flowers could have been damaged.”

“Excellent service and delivery time. But! Unfortunately one of the buds on the potted rose I sent my Mum for her birthday was broken off and the plant was quite dry. I was away on holiday at the time, so unable to speak to staff at Bunches regarding the issue there and then.”

“The plant arrived on the right day, and the recipient was extremely pleased with it. The only difficulty I had was finding the on-line pages which had the cards and add-ons - I'm a pensioner, so not surprising that I easily get lost. Anyway, I managed it all in the end. Over all a good firm to deal with.”

“Normally I would have given it 5 stars but this last order was from me to my wife so I saw the flowers, and are still seeing them. They arrived in good time but were not of the best quality as they normammy would have been. For some reason they were correctly addressed to Patricia Gray but for some reason it seemed to get that she had initiated the order. But hopefully this will be sorted but why it will be submitted as anon. Alan Gray”

“Have used Bunches loads of times and the flowers hav always been first class. The post tho can be hit or miss. This isn't Bunches fault but can cause problems with the flowers not being arriving on time.”

“Bunches offer lovely, affordable flowers which are delivered quickly. They have a good shelf life and offer a wide variety. I would be mindful that the offers and discounts they provide through email are not always the best offers as I have noticed that they 'bump' up the prices to think you are getting a good discount. A customer could always vist Bunches away from the deal in their inbox and receive a better discount there.”
