The order of flowers was a birthday present and didn't arrive on the day, the tracking said an attempted delivery was made at 7.45pm, which isn't true as the person who the delivery for was at home and there was no attempted delivery

Very disappointed with delivery. One was thrown over fence. Other to a back entrance so not seen for3 days. Sadly they were because of a bereavement 🫣

Ordered for 5th was delivered and put under a caravan no card to say delivered not found until the 7th when caravan was being moved Iam disgusted as these flowers was for a wedding anniversary and on the 5th

I have always been satisfied when I have used Bunches before, but on this occasion I was very disappointed with the bouquet of scanty flowers, which looked nothing like the bouquet on your website.

While Royal Mail Tracked 24 isn't a guaranteed and sadly the gift may arrive the following day, the flowers should last for 7 days. Thank for for your review. We're really sorry you're disappointed with your arrangement. Many of our flowers are sent in bud to ensure they stay fresh for longer - once they've had a few days to bloom and open fully, they'll look much more like the photos on our website. All our bouquets are carefully designed with detailed descriptions of what's included available online. Brought an expensive bouquet for the birthday of my wife and paid a premium to have it delivered on a Sunday…only to find the roses were brown and drooped the next day!!!! Disgusted! Never been so disappointed by Bunches in all the years if being a client.

Although it says they are sold in bud, they look really pathetic, and if you are giving them as a gift then they look very sad and cheap. A week later they look a little better but still nothing like the photo on the website.

Woeful. Delivery was late, despite the address being accurate. They were evetually delivered 2 days late so were probably in really bad conditon. Customer services very unhelpful. Would never use them again

My first order with bunches did not go well I thought I had ordered roses and freesias for a friends birthday when she sent a photo it=was for carnations which is not what my choice would have been I did ring and told them I/was disappointed but they said that was what I had ordered maybe I did something wrong as I am very old but I expected a better response..

Unfortunately didn’t arrive on the date specified and I’d gone with this company specifically for the delivery date offered. I raised the issue but I was directed to the small print saying it may be next day without any apology or acknowledge of the issue. The flowers were lovely it’s just a shame they didn’t arrive when intended. The delivery was supposed to be RM but then I got an elusive email from DPD but without tracking info or predicted delivery date.

Sorry but for the price which included your discount given as a new customer the flowers were a very small bunch. Would not recommend at all.

Many of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life, which means they might look smaller initially but will open up beautifully over a few days. Many of our flowers arrive in bud to ensure maximum vase life, which means they might look different from the website images at first. After being trimmed and placed in water with the flower food provided, they should open up over the next few days. Very disappointed this time with the delivery. It should have arrived on 17th April for Good Friday on 18th. It didn't arrive because the post office sent it to the wrong place. I kept seeing updates which said it was on the way back and would be delivered to the customer. It was sent to an office 3 miles from my friends place but it still didn't get delivered until Saturday morning. My friend was over the moon with the Easter hamper but it still didn't make up for it being delivered so late. So sadly not a good review this time. .
