“Royal mail tried to deliver but recipient not in. Appears recipient didn't arrange another delivery. Flowers were for a bereavement and were not received. Bunches service was very satisfactory.”

“There was an initial problem with the address of the recipient not due to bunches. After a phone call to Bunches it was sorted out very quickly and delivered and the recipient was very happy with the flowers.”

“For sending both flowers and a small gift, two delivery charges made the additional gift quite expensive. It was also complex ordering both to ensure they arrived together. Good to have quick contact and flowers as depicted in photos.”

“The flowers were a Diamond Wedding present, delivered directly. They told me they were beautiful. The drop of 1 star is for your choice of courier who did not ring their camera doorbell but dumped the box behind a bin in their open front yard and sent me a photo. Had I not received this and alerted them, it could have been days before they were found or could have been stolen.”

“I was concerned about the state of the flowers after a week in transit. Tracker showed that they had arrived in the recipient's town more than 24 hours before delivery. My concerns were unfounded however as the recipient is delighted with her flowers.”

“I was pleased to be able to have these flowers delivered. The flowers were delivered when expected. However, the person who delivered them left them at a back entrance not used by the recipient. When I hadn’t heard from the lady late evening, I phoned her to check she had received the package. There was no card through the letterbox to advise of delivery”
