“I ordered a letterbox bouquet to be delivered to my sister in Coventry on 5 April, her 80th birthday. I chose the letterbox as I knew she wouldn't have been at home that day. However, it wasn't delivered on that day. The next day the postman rang the bell and fortunately she was at home. He had tried to deliver it on the previous day but couldn't get it through the letterbox and he demonstrated it to her. She has a normal letterbox she assures me so I wondered if this is a frequent problem. However, the bouquet was fine and she was so delighted with it. I just thought that you might like to know this.”

“Very easy to use the website, got exactly what I wanted and was pleased with my first order discount. I asked receiver to send me photo she said she was happy, but I felt a little disappointed until a few days later when they sprung into life. A good choice. Very happy overall and would use again. Unfortunately I can't find where to upload photos!”

“Lovely selection of flowers and gifts with variable affordable prices. Bunches have always given me great customer service. Royal Mail tracking not always detailed as sometimes it merely says delivery due today and that's it but does generally deliver on the day stated.”

“I ordered flowers for a friend’s Birthday and ordered them for the Saturday 6th April for her Birthday on the 7th April. I ordered them two days before but they did not arrive until the Sunday. Luckily it worked out and they looked lovely. However, they failed to arrive on the day I ordered. This isn’t the first time this has happened.”

“Twice used - prompt and efficient delivery. Flowers take a while to perk up once out of the box and it always looks like there are fewer stems than in the website photos. But this seems to be true of all delivered flowers”
