“Over all and over several years, I have found Bunches to be most satisfactory. In the case of my last order which was for a dried flower wreath, I cannot comment because the recipient has not acknowledge them ?? I feel this says more about people than flowers !”

“I use Bunches often to send flowers. My husband ordered a letterbox for=me. I:fo7nd the carnations very satisfactory but felt there were too many " filler" small bunches. Not such good value as.' Normal' bouquets”

“I have been using Bunches for a few years now. I go between them and M&S but with their online order system down due to the cyber attack I went back to Bunches. Whilst the ordering itself went fine I was badly let down by Royal Mail who sent the flowers to the wrong distribution office and, as a result, the order was delivered 2 days late. By way of recompense Bunches offered to send another/ repeat order to the recipient; this didn’t seem the best way of addressing the issue - why would they want 2 of the same thing? The suggestion of sending me a bunch was dismissed - not possible. I now have a £10 credit on my account to use against my next order. If I’m honest, I feel a bit disappointed with Bunches.”

“Delivery good but box left outside house without ringing the doorbell so could have been stolen before anyone realised it was there, only knew after I had email saying it was delivered. Also one item missing from the box so don't know if it was ever there.”
