Gave Bunches sufficient time to deliver flowers on time.Refused to pay extra for guaranteed delivery.Flowers arrived a day late for anniversary.Not the least bit pleased.

Ordered a card on the 7th August with delivery expected 1 to 3 working days. It finally arrived on 16th. The card itself looked ok but the delivery ruined it.

Flowers were okay however six flowers snapped in postage and are showing signs of dying already

Missing the card and the flowers did not look as nice as advertised unfortunately

Every year I send flowers to my aunt in UK from Canada. This year I used Bunches, but was somewhat disappointed. I did not know if the flowers were delivered until I asked my cousin if she had received them. And to be honest, from the photos it looked like they might have been the leftover flowers in the shop that day. My aunt of course said they were lovely, but they didn't look that nice from what I could see.

Beautiful bouquet, however they started to die 4 days after arriving. It is a shame considering delivery was fast and good.

Very dissapointed with this purchase, delivery and packaging good but the roses had droped within 2 days, so not impressed with my purchase, do not think i will will be ordering again

Very disappointed with the difference between the product photograph and the actual product received. Hopefully they will improve when fully opened

Many of our blooms arrive in bud to protect them during transit and maximise their vase life - they may need 48-36 hours in fresh water to fully open and show their true beauty. Used to be an account holder at bunches and went elsewhere as the quality seemed to be going downhill. Returned recently after a year or so to see flowers are now delivered by Royal Mail post in a box, which isn’t a bad thing however I bought a bunch of flowers which contained three sunflowers and a smattering of others. One of the sunflowers had been bashed around and the head was squashed on one side. After less than a week all are now half the size and dropping bent over looking at the floor. £30 spent and I feel this is a little expensive when opening they didn’t look vibrant and in less than a week all sunflowers have flopped down over the vase. Sorry I’m sure there are people working hard to send the best but around 2 or 3 three years ago this was a great place to get flowers not sure what has changed but quality and condition are not worth recommending I’m afraid and I cannot look at bunches as somewhere to send a gift of flowers to friends or family.

Whilst happy with the flowers, I am not happy with the delivery service chosen by Bunches. Having been asked where I wanted the flowers delivered if N/R, i asked for the next door neighbour. This request was confirmed. However, the recipient was at home and confirmed the delivery person did not knock nor even leave them with the neighbour, but propped up against the street door of the recipient. What was the point of asking when no notice was taken of the response.

These flowers arrived on time, but the petals started falling off of the roses as soon as they were unpacked, the next morning they were all falling off. Not a great birthday gift.

The bouquet arrived in very tired condition and although some of the flowers revived for a couple of days most did not and all had died within four days. I bought the flowers for a photoshoot because I loved the colours and thought the largest size would give me an armful but it was quite a modest bouquet. The weather has been very hot so perhaps the journey was too much. What a shame I loved the artistic style of the bouquet and would love to have posted professional photos with rave reviews.

Our flowers are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver within 24 hours but unfortunately isn't a guaranteed service. I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend for her 90th birthday unfortunately they did not arrive on the day which was most dissapointing as I ordered them a week in advance.
