Ordering flowers for my son was easy—adding a card and checkout worked flawlessly, and delivery arrived as promised. Unfortunately, the bouquet was a total disappointment and looked nothing like the picture. Very unhappy with the final product.

Sadly I was disappointed when I received these flowers ready to give as a gift. Although the flowers were very well-packaged and arrived on time, the bunch was incredibly small and I had essentially spent £25 on a bouquet I could of got for £6 in a supermarket had I the time to get there. Massively overpriced for the size and variety of flowers in the bouquet. Would not shop again.

I ordered these flowers to be delivered to my friend that live 100s of miles away so i ordered these on Sunday night to be delivered on the Thursday however not being told until my friend received them on Friday this is now 2nd time this has happened and not turned up when I’ve requested them too 🥺

The flowers are a lot more expensive than they used to be and when they arrived I was disappointed that the bunch looked smaller than in the photo on the website.

Many of our flowers arrive in bud to maximise freshness and protect them during delivery, so they may appear smaller initially. Once placed in water with the flower food provided, they should open and fill out over the next day or two. The Thankyou card was not included with flowers so my daughter in law didn’t know who had sent them so they had to ring round to find out. The flowers were ok but very disappointed the card was missing

I was very disappointed at my recent purchase. It was meant to be a large bouquet and there were 7 flowers in the delivery. It was for my mothers 80th birthday, so had to go to a florist and buy others to make it look like any sense. I have ordered on other occasions from you, and was pleased with service and the flowers the recipients received, but I am afraid certainly not this time. I do not live on the mainland so found it a nice way to get flowers to family and friends on special occasions, but I will be concerned of doing this in future with yourselves.

I was very disappointed with the flowers I sent to a friend for a bereavement The flowers sent did not compare to those pictured. The flowers were fresh but not worth the money.

Did not look anythimg like picture on web site not worth the money felt embarassed giving them to wife for anniversary could have got them from sainsburys for quarter of the price.

It also requires a little time to bloom fully before it will resemble our online image. We recommend following the care instructions provided - simply trim the stems and pop them in a vase of fresh water, and you should see your blooms unfurl over the next few days. I recently ordered two flower arrangements from Bunches to arrive on the same day at different locations, both in London boroughs. One did not arrive on the arranged day and following the tracking, ended up in Cardiff instead of in London. I emailed to that effect. The flowers that arrived were tired and certainly not worth what I had paid for them. There was no apology for this or offer to resend others. I shan't use Bunches again.

Unfortunately the bouquet was really sparse compared to the photos. I also didn’t get a tracking link on the day of delivery as noted in the confirmation email :(

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not right at all. I would not order flowers here again. The pictures shown on the website do not match the order at all in terms of quantity and are therefore totally misleading. However, the flowers themselves look beautiful.

I sent these flowers from your company as I couldn't order through M&S. They arrived a day later than advised. I will be returning to M&S as I was very disappointed with the amount and the quality of the flowers.

Paid £30 for aa bunch of flowers for my wifes birthday, when she opened them in the small flat box I could not beleive it, she had to add some extra from the garden to fill the vase up otherwise they would have been flopping around in the 4" neck. Won't be using Bunches again, rip off.

The flowers were delivered but left on a desk and not delivered to the person. As I did not receive any confirmation from the lady who they were delivered too, I made contact the following day only to be told that she had not received. She then had to go around the building looking for the flowers which were located, however 24 hours after delivery. Not very happy with the service and wouldn't use again

While we provide tracking information for you to follow your gift's journey, we unfortunately don't have control over the internal distribution once it reaches the building. Placed an order with a specified delevery date and delivery timeframe of t selected date or day after. Feceived order confirmation confirming delivery timeframe and selected date of delivery. Flowers failed to arrive on selected date. On the day following the tracking info showed the flowers asd being a long distance away. As they were for a birthday I rang Customer DSrvices - only to have a rather bumptious female tell em that because of the post code the flowers would take 7 days ! If that is the case then why promise delivery on selected date or day after? I then spoke to a second custoimer services operative who advised me the foirst operative was wrong and the post code was not an exemption to the de.iv ery dates. The flowers arrived late in the day following selected delivery - they looked a bit tatty. Bunches used to be really good - standards are definitely slipping
