“The order was delivered on time, but the flowers in the bouquet were droopy and lifeless. The type and amount in my opinion did not match the photograph on your website. My wife was very disappointed and did not believe the total cost of the order. I don't believe that I will be using your service again. Regards, A”

“the flowers arrived a day late!! this is really horrible as it’s meant to be a birthday surprise and the website makes it look as thought they’ll deliver on the day itself. but if you look at their shipping FAQs it makes it seem like a day late is normal due to using Royal Mail”

“I ordered an pricey orchid as a special anniversary present to be delivered the day before.I received email on day of delivery to say it had been sent to the wrong mail centre.due to bank holiday which I understand isn't bunches fault.it was delivered the day after the anniversary.I was very disappointed and will not be using bunches again”

“I was disappointed with the latest flowerbox flowers which arrived for our anniversary on 22nd March. They did not last for a week. My wife was disappointed. I have been ordering flowers from you for sometime and this has happened twice before. Usually however we have been very satisfied. I will be ordering flowers from you again but avoiding the letter box ones.”

“I have sent gifts on numerous occasions and usually have no problems with Bunches. But in this case I had ordered a basket with bulbs in for my Mum on Mother's Day, but when she recieved the parcel and opened the box, she found the basket had been tipped over and some of the soil and some bulbs had fallen inside of the box. Also she said the band to hold the basket together had broken. So I'm sorry to give Bunches a 2 star rating on this occasion.”

“The orchids I ordered for my mum started turning after just a couple of days. Out of all the many orchids I've bought her in the past from other websites, this was the first time that the orchids hadn't lasted for weeks. She contacted Bunches herself and they did send her a replacement bouquet of something else, but the something else is not what I would have spent this money on and she wasn't particularly happy with the substitute.”

“#1 you did not diliver my giit on my spesified date. #2 you never let me know that you did manage to deliver the gift at a later date. i found out from the recipiscent of the gift that it had arrived. We are not happy with this order. Mke Hazelwood.”

“The ease of use on the website, the delivery and presentation was very good. However I must say I was disappointed in the flowers. They only lasted several days before dieing and starting to go mouldy on the stems Having had flowers from other sites and florists these certainly didn't live up to expectations. I will be reluctant to use again.”

“Delayed receipt - Due to be delivered on Sat 9 March - Arrived at Midlands Super Hub on Fri 8 March. Then sent to Leeds MC on Sat 9 March, then on to Keighly DO on the same day. Then back to Leeds MC on 12 March and on to Ribblesdale SUDO the same day and finally delivered on Tue 12 March”

“Genereally on the past Bunches has been good with the bouqets provided. But this there was a lot less flowers than expected, even for the smaller option. A lot more grass like plants taking their place”
